Towards Policiano
The window of the room faces Policiano, a fraction of the Municipality of Arezzo. The location is renowned for organizing running races also internationally. Already inhabited in prehistory, in the Middle Ages an important castle was built that belonged to the Marchiones and the bishops of Arezzo. He gave birth to Angiolo Tavanti (1714-1782) an important jurist and statesman of the Grand Duchy of Tuscany.
