Artichoke producers of excellence in Valdichiana, we decided to create a craft beer with artichoke by using selected raw materials and adding our artichokes. Its name derives from the variety of artichoke used, the Morello variety. La Morellina is a light beer, unfiltered, unpasteurized, and subjected to a second fermentation in the bottle. Its alcohol content of 4.5% goes perfectly with first courses, second courses, pizza, fried foods and medium-aged cheeses.

Our “Poponcina” craft beer comes from the desire to create something innovative but tasty at the same time. Poponcina is the ideal beer for your aperitifs but also as perfect after dinner, it goes very well with all types of desserts. Its alcohol content is 5%.
Unfiltered beer, unpasteurized and subjected to a second fermentation in the bottle. The slight turbidity or any sediments on the bottom are characteristic of the handmade product and do not affect the quality and taste.
