Arezzo<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t

The center of Arezzo has many splendid monuments, churches, palaces and museums. The Basilica of San Francesco is perhaps the most famous church in the city. Inside it preserves the sequence of frescoes of the Legend of the True Cross by Piero della Francesca, a Renaissance masterpiece of inestimable value. Then there is the Medici Fortress, the Roman Amphitheater and the Church of San Francesco. The Giostra del Saracino (Jousting tournament) is the main folklore event of the city, it takes place in two periods of the year in the magnificent Piazza Grande which stages the challenge on the penultimate Saturday of June, at night, and on the first Sunday of the month of September, during the day. <\/p>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n

Florence<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Florence with its museums, palaces and churches is home to some of the most important artistic treasures in the world. Among the most famous places of art and worship in the city there is without a doubt the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, Santa Croce, the Baptistery, the Uffizi, the Bargello, the Accademia Gallery and the Laurentian Library, an expression of Michelangelo\u2019s architectural genius. When you have had your fill of visting museums and art galleries, you can stroll through the beautiful streets of the historic center, walk until you reach the Arno, lingering on the romantic Ponte Vecchio or climb the hill behind Piazzale Michelangelo and arrive at the Church of San Miniato al Monte to enjoy an incredible view over Florence. <\/p>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n

Siena<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Siena, located in the heart of Tuscany and surrounded by hills, is one of the most beautiful medieval cities in Italy.\u2028
The heart of the city is the famous Piazza del Campo, with its characteristic shell shape, in which the famous Palio is held. The Palio di Siena is a medieval-style horse race which takes place every year on July 2nd and August 16th. <\/p>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n

Montepulciano<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t

A unique village with elegant Renaissance buildings, ancient churches, splendid squares and small hidden corners.\u2028 Piazza Grande is the heart of Montepulciano and the stage of the main events of the city, including Il Bravio delle Botti (an uphill wine barrel race between 8 districts of the town), held every year in August, and much more. A walk through the streets of Montepulciano is the best way to discover the city and its attractions and at the same time to admire the incredible view of the surrounding countryside all covered by those fabulous vineyards that produce the famous Noble! <\/p>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n

Val d'orcia<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t

The Val d\u2019Orcia is crossed by the Orcia river, from which the valley takes its name. The whole area is now a protected park, and has been recognized as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO since 2004. The absolute protagonist of the Val d \u2018Orcia is in fact still unspoiled and beautiful nature, with colors that always vary according to the various seasons. <\/p>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n

Cortona<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t

The center of Cortona is spread around the Piazza della Repubblica, which is overlooked by the Palazzo Comunale. The town is quite small, but offers several interesting attractions, including the Diocesan Museum (in which a beautiful panel-painting altarpiece of the Annunciation by Fra Angelico is housed) and the Museum of the Etruscan Academy and the City of Cortona in which, amongst other things, many finds from different Etruscan sites of the region are exhibited. Do not miss a visit to the beautiful Sanctuary of Santa Margherita, patron saint of the city, and to the Fortress of the Girifalco. Both are located on the highest point of the hill, which can be easily reached on foot. <\/p>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n

Lago Trasimeno<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Lake Trasimeno is the fourth largest in Italy. On its shores there are villages of breathtaking beauty such as Castiglione del Lago, Passignano sul Trasimeno, San Feliciano and Tuoro sul Trasimeno. We suggest the ferry tour of the islands: Polvese island and Maggiore island. <\/p>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n
