Towards Cortona
The window of the room faces Cortona, the main cultural and tourist center of the Arezzo Val di Chiana. The surface of the municipal territory is the fourth largest in Tuscany (the second excluding the provincial capitals) and the 29th in Italy. Ancient lucumonia belonging to the Etruscan dodecapoli, it is located south of the province of Arezzo and south-east of the Tuscany region, on the border with the Umbria region.
