Towards Brolio
The window of the room faces towards Brolio, a hamlet in the municipality of Castiglion Fiorentino in the province of Arezzo. It’s located on two hills of the Val di Chiana. Despite of it has got small population, Brolio has very ancient origins, dating back at least to the Etruscan era. Infact, the finds constituting the so-called “Brolio deposit” date back to that period, precisely to the VII-V century a.C. and they found in 1863 and now they exhibited at the National Archaeological Museum in Florence.
